We want you to love your art. If you're not completely satisfied, here's everything you need to know about our refund policy.
Our commitment
At Pilgrim Arts, we believe art should be a source of joy and inspiration. If a work doesn't feel right in your space, we want to help. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to navigate.
Originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Limited editions are non‑refundable except where the work arrives damaged or does not match the description.
How to return
- 1Contact us at orders@pilgrimarts.test within 14 days of delivery
- 2Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging
- 3Ship the item to our gallery address (we'll provide details)
- 4Once received and inspected, we issue your refund
14‑day return policy
Originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The work must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Condition requirements
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all accompanying materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Limited editions
Limited editions and numbered prints are non‑refundable except in cases where the work arrives damaged or does not match the description.
Damaged items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Commissioned works (bespoke pieces created specifically for you)
- Limited editions that are in perfect condition
- Sale items and final‑sale pieces (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift vouchers and digital purchases
